REO Closing Services, Inc. has been facilitating closings for 6 years throughout the State of Indiana , averaging 140 closings per month and representing a number of national companies.  At REO Closing Services, we facilitate the closing as follows:

1. Order preliminary title upon receipt of new file.
2. Assist with resolving preliminary title issues, including contacting the seller if the issue arose during the underlying foreclosure action, in order that the seller can contact the foreclosure attorney to fully resolve the title issue.
3. Prepare, review and finalize the special warranty deed, vendors affidavit, W-9, sales disclosure and closing agreement or assist in the facilitation and coordination of the closing with the real estate agent, the title company and, if applicable, the buyer’s lender.
4. Review the HUD settlement statement prior to sending the settlement statement to the lender for final review and signature.
5. Verify that the closing has occurred and that funds have been disbursed to the seller.
